Project Terms

When you engage our services:

• We provide fixed-price quotes for defined scopes
• Payment terms are outlined in each project agreement
• You retain full ownership of all deliverables
• We maintain confidentiality of your information

Intellectual Property

All work product, code, and deliverables created for your project belong to you upon payment. We assign all rights and provide source code access as part of our standard process.

Confidentiality

We sign NDAs when requested and treat all client information as confidential. We never share your business details, code, or project information with third parties.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We provide professional services but cannot guarantee specific business outcomes or third-party integrations.

Changes to Terms
